Radisson Blu Hotel, Antananarivo

The Radisson Blu Hotel Antananarivo Waterfront is a premium 5-star hospitality development located in Madagascar’s capital city. As part of a broader sustainability initiative for its existing portfolio, the client engaged UGC to conduct a full sustainability assessment of the hotel and guide it through the EDGE certification process. UGC is working closely with the operations and engineering teams to analyse the building’s current performance and recommend targeted interventions across energy, water, and materials to meet EDGE requirements. The project is currently in progress, with final certification expected in 2025 following implementation of the proposed efficiency measures.
