Four Points by Sheraton, Lagos is a contemporary nine-storey hotel located in the commercial hub of Nigeria’s largest city. Featuring 235 guest rooms and a range of amenities—including a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, gym, and pool—the hotel caters to both business and leisure travellers. As part of the wider Westmont Hospitality Group portfolio sustainability initiative, UGC was engaged to support the hotel in aligning with EDGE green building standards. The engagement included a full gap analysis, building performance assessment, and recommendations to retrofit the building for enhanced efficiency. The hotel is currently implementing the necessary measures to achieve EDGE certification by 2025.
