Pramukh Tower is a commercial office building located along Westlands Road in Nairobi. UGC was engaged to carry out a detailed feasibility assessment for EDGE certification of the existing building. Through close collaboration with the project team, UGC identified and advised on key retrofit strategies to enhance energy and water efficiency, as well as material performance. Following successful implementation of the recommended measures, the building achieved EDGE Certification, demonstrating that older commercial assets can still meet international green standards through targeted sustainability upgrades.

- 25% energy savings through reduced window-to-wall ratio, high-performance glazing, and energy-saving light bulbs for internal and external areas
