The Bishop Road Office is an 8-storey Grade A mixed-use commercial tower located in Upper Hill, Nairobi. UGC was engaged from the early design stage to support the project team in aligning the development with EDGE certification standards. UGC led a series of workshops and performance modelling exercises, providing guidance on optimising the building envelope, natural daylight access, ventilation, and energy and water efficiency. Although the project is currently on hold, it represents a strong example of forward-thinking commercial design incorporating sustainability from concept stage.
