The Holiday Inn in Two Rivers, Nairobi is a modern hotel offering 171 guest rooms and a range of business and leisure amenities. As part of the Westmont Hotel Group’s Africa-wide sustainability programme, UGC was engaged to carry out a full EDGE feasibility assessment for this existing facility. UGC worked closely with the operations and engineering teams to evaluate the building’s performance and provide cost-effective strategies for meeting EDGE certification requirements. The project is currently implementing key energy and water efficiency upgrades, with final certification targeted for 2025.
