The MAP Office Block is a proposed commercial development located along James Gichuru Road in Nairobi. UGC has been engaged from the early design stage to guide the project team in aligning the development with EDGE certification requirements. Working closely with the architects and engineers, UGC is advising on strategies to improve energy performance, water efficiency, and reduce embodied carbon in materials. The project is currently pursuing EDGE Preliminary Design Certification, with final certification targeted upon project completion in 2027.
