The Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) Office in Nairobi is a commercial interiors fit-out that demonstrates how sustainability can be effectively integrated into existing office spaces. UGC was engaged to support the project team in achieving EDGE certification by assessing the fit-out’s performance and identifying practical opportunities for improvement.
Through targeted advisory and analysis, UGC guided the selection of energy-efficient systems, water-saving fixtures and appropriate material choices to meet EDGE benchmarks. The project achieved EDGE certification, reflecting CIFF’s commitment to responsible, high-performance workspace design.
